Lesson Rates Butch Holtzclaw, PGA Certified Professional $60.00 per session or $300.00 for a 6-lesson series Jerry Rawlins, PGA Apprentice $50.00 per session or $200.00 per 5-lesson series Ladies Clinic Schedule:   6 hours of instruction Classes will meet Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. for 1 hour Cost is only $150 Junior Clinics all Summer Long 8 hours of instruction - 2 hours a day from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday We will have dates available in Spring 2010 Cost is only $110 If you do not have clubs we will give you a seven iron and a putter for an additional $30 ($50 dollar value)
